Candle care

First Burn
Allow the candle to create a melt pool covering the entire top layer of wax at least 1 to 2 hours. If the wax is not allowed to liquefy or to melt from edge to edge of the jar or tin, it can cause the candle to 'tunnel'.

Burn Time
Do not burn more than 4 hours each time
Burn period
Our candles are scented with plant-based, all-natural essential oils, we highly recommend using them within six months from the date of purchase. For unscented ones, you can burn whenever you want.

Off candle
Cover the candle with the lid / use wick tweezer to put the candle out. Blowing out a candle is not recommended as the wick may continue to glow smoke and cannot protect the fragrance.

Wick
To provide the cleanest burn possible, trim your cotton wick to ¼ inch with a wick trimmer before lighting.  Discontinue use of a candle when there is ½ inch of wax left at the bottom of the jar. This will prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface, or the container itself.
Storage
To ensure your candles are kept in good condition, keep them out of direct sunlight and store them in a cool, dark place.

Safety
Do not leave candles unattended and place away from children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
